Ingredients
Soak the cashews overnight for an extra-velvety smooth smoothie.
- 1l Alpro Soya Chocolate flavour
- 3 pears
- 150g cashews
- 3 cardamom seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Core and chop the pears.
Step 2
Toss into a blender along with the cashews, Alpro Soya Chocolate flavour and cardamom seeds.
Step 3
Whizz well until smooth and creamy.
Step 4
Serve with extra pear slices and maybe a few chopped nuts. The perfect blend of super indulgent and sophistication!
