Ingredients
- 4 kiwi fruit
- 2 bananas
- 40g walnuts
- 1l Alpro Soya Unsweetened Drink
- 40g spinach
- A handful of fresh basil
- To garnish:
- A few extra basil leaves and walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Peel the kiwi and banana and cut into pieces.
Step 2
Put all ingredients (kiwi, banana, walnuts, Alpro Soya Unsweetened Drink, spinach leaves, and basil) in a blender. Mix into a smooth texture.
Step 3
Pour into glasses and finish with basil leaves and chopped walnuts.
